How do I check the status of my order?

How soon can I expect my order to be processed?

Orders (of in-stock items) placed Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Your package will arrive in 3-30 business days, from the date your package was shipped. Please keep in mind for faster shipping, your order might arrive in multiple shipments. On some occasions, for example, during the holiday rush, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.

How do I pay for my order?

You can purchase via Paypal, Credit Card( Visa and Mastercard). All personal information that is submitted will be safe and secure.

Placing an online order requires just a few clicks

  •Click on the item you wish to purchase and add it to the cart

  •Choose to Shop or go directly to Checkout

  •When finished shopping, click on Shopping Cart and follow the Checkout process

  •You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number

XP-PEN(UK) has warehouses in the UK, EU and China. Shipments will be arranged according to the availability of inventory.

Your package will arrive in

Shipment within the UK:  2-8 days.
Shipment within EU: 3-8 days.
Shipment from China: 5-20 days

Most of the graphic tablets (newly released products except) are sent from the warehouse in the UK. Many of the accessories are sent from the warehouse in China.

If you purchased the graphic tablet and the accessories at the same time, your parcel may be separated to make sure the graphic tablet can be delivered as soon as possible.
